Product Introduction:

    The ST-1539 Liquid Petroleum Product Hydrocarbon Analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 11132 and ASTM D1319 standards. It is used to determine the volume percentage of aromatic hydrocarbons, olefins, and saturated hydrocarbons in liquid petroleum products, and is suitable for measuring hydrocarbon content in petroleum fractions below 315°C. It can be widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, commodity inspection, universities, and research institutions.

Features:

◆ Uses precision adsorption columns imported from the United States, along with imported fluorescent indicators and silica gel to ensure data reliability

◆ The UV light source is placed inside the main unit’s dark chamber, eliminating the traditional setup where the operator and UV light source are in the same dark room. This avoids UV radiation harm to the human body and allows the safe use of higher-power UV lamps, significantly improving the clarity of hydrocarbon separation interfaces and making measurements more accurate

◆ The zone measurement device uses magnetic marker pointers and specially designed scales, making it very convenient to move the marker pointers

◆ Quick and easy to operate, with secure positioning to ensure marking and measurement accuracy

◆ The adsorption column and its connection to the gas path are highly flexible and easy to install and disassemble, with precise positioning

◆ No need to adjust the scale position

◆ Both sides can be opened for easy placement and filling of the adsorption column with indicator

◆ The core component, the adsorption column, is installed (or removed) using a natural suspension method. Simply push the column into (or remove from) the column socket opening, and it is positioned by the feeding section without clamping—ensuring quick, secure, and accurate positioning

◆ Provides a metrology certificate from the Institute of Metrology Science (for a fee)
